Again, this is old, and there are more of these that are as old as this one.

-She’s a silent and respectable person, but she can be pretty vengeful and angry.
-Since she drops coins, she’s a bit obsessed with receiving tips…except that she was always obsessed with receiving tips.
-Seems to be a motherly figure but…she’s not the best at it.
-Yolley’s older cousin, she currently has Yolley in her "care".
-Works as a waitress at Tolley’s parents’ bakery…café...place…
-She's not the main character and she's not my favorite, but according to early bios she likes corn...?

How she came to be:
-After drawing Maney, Sparky, Geekies, and Tolley officially in that order, I ended up thinking, “Hurrr they all have their own little color. :U” So I wanted to make someone that had a yellow color scheme. Yellow has never been a favorite color of mine, but I wanted to draw a character that would look nice in yellow. And there she was; Velley. By the way, I don’t mean that Maney was made first, I’m saying that I had all of the character ideas except Maney’s at the time, and so when I finally drew Maney officially, I decided to draw Sparky officially as well since I pretty much only had pictures of him on a math project, and then I drew Geekies officially after that since I only had her on other things, etc. With Maney I had nothing, and with Velley I had nothing. Not sure if that made sense.

By the way…she was 21 at first (actually she was 20), and I’ll admit that I was shipping her with Tolley, but now that I upped her age a bit then Velley’s future is unknown even to me.

My inbox had like 1k+ stuff (or it would have if I hadn't skimmed through last week) and I shouldn't have allowed it to build up like this.
